Our aim is to enhance quality through risks and defects prevention, to minimize incoming inspections and to obtain certified components from suppliers.
2 Sustainability in business relations
We demand of our suppliers to respect worldwide standards regarding production processes, social standards and employees rights safeguarding.
In the matter of environmental protection, we prefer companies ISO 14001 certified.
3. Price competitiveness
Our objective is to choose cost-conscious suppliers that constantly focus on reducing costs and making more efficient their supply chain and their productive processes, in order to face the competitive first-tier global market.
4. Development capabilities
We consider our suppliers not only manufacturers, but partners.
This is why we prefer innovative and groundbreaking suppliers, with the domain expertise and proficiency essential to help us to develop new products.
To fit the industry-imposed procedures, we require our suppliers to apply Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) methods, to meet deadlines during new projects development and to deliver initial samples with the relative PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation.
5. On time deliveries
Suppliers must be able to guarantee on time deliveries since production beginning (SOP – Start Of Production) and arrange their logistics and productive capacity in order to respect delivery dates and requested quantities.
For this reason we demand a flexible production; short response times; products traceability; FIFO (First In, First Out) approach respect; bulk order management and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) data transmission must be standard practice.
