Job Description

The candidate will work in the ASK Group Logistic department reporting to the ASK Logistic Distribution Supervisor.

He/She in responsible for the customer order & sales management:

-Customer contact for sales & delivery topics

-Order & sales management

-Management of customers logistics WEB applications

-Monitor customer service level

-Logistic claims analisys and imporvement plan

The candidate support:

-Logistic planning for portfolio analisys

-Key account managers for sales analisys

-Product managers for samples deliveries

-Quality department for traceability and tracking information

Qualification

Sales & distribution experience

Ability to establish good/personal relationship with other people (customers and colleagues)

Management of internal and external (cusotmers) meeting with several people

Knowledge of Logistic tansportation and traceability / scheduling agreement/ close order

Knowledge of SAP ERP (SD)

Knouledge of Windows office

Management of daily operation with external Logistic provider

Logistic standard in Automotive Industries

Knowledge English

Knowledge German

Knowledge French

Availability for business trip Italy & foreign country
